Reiki Session

Service Description

This is a 1-h distant reiki session, in which you will receive Holy Fire® Reiki. Receiving reiki facilitates relaxation and stress reduction. Reiki also promotes healing on energetic, physical, mental, and emotional levels. During the first 5 minutes of the session, I connect with reiki and to your energy. During this time, you can settle into the session with a short meditation by doing a mental body scan, breathing into any areas of tension, and then bringing your focus and breath back to your heart space. Once connected with your energy, I will channel reiki to you for 40 minutes. Following the reiki channeling, I will share a 15 minute voice recording with the messages and information I received during your reiki session.
